H.I.I.T.

stands for “high intensity interval training.” its f’n hard. you run as fast as you can for certain period of time then rest for half of that time. for example, you sprint for 30 seconds, rest for 15. repeat if you can (haha). i knew it was going to be hard but not this hard. i pooped out after the first set! pathetic. the most i could do after was a slow jog then a face paced crawl. gonna attempt a 2 mile jog tonight after work. all this so my climbing skills can improve. cuz im too heavy for certain moves and my fingers give out. damn you, laziness
