Been slackin!

Getting lazy with these exercise logs. Only ran 1 lap on monday due to rain and shin splints. Took me 14 minutes. Ran on thursday since it rained on wednesday. Did 2 laps cuz I’m not as tough I used to be. Extremely difficult for me to fight through the pain of those damn splints. Took me roughly 40 minutes to do just 2 laps. My wrist is doing better so I can start doing push ups again. Need to start logging in other exercises as well. My goal is to lose at least 20 lbs by the end of the year.
Ps. I hate salad. And running
